Lainey has a wealth of experience in individual and team development. With a breadth of experience across numerous sectors, both in a corporate capacity and as a consultant, Lainey has had extensive insight into a wide range of business cultures and diverse employee populations. She has a warm, positive and practical approach; one of her greatest strengths is building rapport and she is quickly able to put people at their ease and create a safe and productive learning environment.

Diane has extensive, senior HR experience, especially in the retail sector with Tesco. She has also worked in the public sector and has had international accountability across fourteen countries as Group People Director with ghd.
A qualified coach with a Post-Graduate Certificate in Personal and Business Coaching, her passion is to help clients bring about positive change, whether it be with an individual, a team or an organisational culture.
Diane has experience of a wide range of diagnostic and development tools and is TLP’s resident expert on Emergenetics, a leading-edge profiling tool that is highly effective in building self-awareness and pinpointing areas of opportunity with the most potential. Kevin has thirty years corporate experience in senior financial roles, primarily with Gallaher, where he was Finance Director for the UK and subsequently Head of Group Financial Planning with global responsibility.
As someone with a degree in mathematics, and who is a qualified chartered accountant, Kevin specialises in running programmes that will equip managers and future business leaders with the financial competence they need to be successful. His expertise lies in designing and delivering customised simulations, or business games, that provide an engaging and stimulating approach to learning. He is also an executive coach who offers specialist support in financial acumen for new in-post leaders who are taking on extended financial responsibility.
Kevin’s approach to experiential learning is to make it relevant to the client’s actual business so that it has immediate practical application. His style is to make his workshops fun, challenging, competitive and engaging events.

Ann has extensive, executive experience in human resources in property and oil and gas companies, including Amec and Land Securities, where she was responsible for delivering the strategic people plans for the retail business, maintaining high employee engagement and low staff turnover.
Ann worked closely with the Business Development Team and was responsible for the TUPE process and integration of staff during sales and acquisition initiatives. She also has knowledge of pensions legislation as a Trustee Director of the company scheme.
She is a member of CIPD and the Institute of Paralegals and is accredited in Myers-Briggs and Prism Profiling.
